CEBES is part of the Zlin.Jobs platform, which connects students with regional companies and offers them real-world work experience. Thanks to this collaboration, we welcomed Josef Kulíšek, a student who, during his five-day work placement, gained experience working in the finance department and gained an up-close insight into how a manufacturing company operates.
We are part of the Zlin.Jobs platform, which connects students with companies in the Zlín Region and helps them gain valuable experience whilst still studying.
Thanks to this collaboration, we at CEBES welcomed Josef Kulíšek, a student at Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín, who spent five days with us in the finance department. During his placement, he learnt about invoice processing, the software we use and the day-to-day workings of our team.
“At university, we mainly covered pure theory. Here, I’ve seen how things actually work in practice – and it’s confirmed that it really is different,” said Josef, describing his experience.
At CEBES, we want to show young people that they can also find interesting job opportunities right here in our region. Our involvement in Zlin.Jobs is a way for us to bridge the gap between education and real-world practice and to introduce students to the environment of a manufacturing company.
