INCREASING THE DIGITAL LEVEL OF CEBES A.S. THROUGH THE PURCHASE OF ADVANCED NON-PRODUCTIONAL DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

CEBES a.s. has started the physical implementation of the project CZ.31.2.0/0.0/0.0/22_014/0004592 “Increasing the digital level of CEBES a.s. through the purchase of advanced non-productional digital technologies”.

The aim of the project is to increase the digital level of the applicant through the purchase and implementation of advanced non-production digital technologies that will help to ensure the expansion of the capacity of the existing plant by promoting automation, digitisation of data and more efficient interconnection and management of corporate processes.

The project is supported by EU funding

The implementation of the grant project in terms of meeting all the requirements of the grant provider (the Ministry of Industry and Trade) is provided by JVM - RPIC, spol. s r.o.

CEBES a.s. has designed, tested and in 2017 included in its production a header solution designed for wind power generators operating in extreme climatic conditions with high corrosion loads.

Research and development of the slip rings of asynchronous generator with higher current load

CEBES a.s. has started the physical implementation of the project CZ.01.1.02/0.0/0.0/20_321/0024331 “Research and development of the slip rings of asynchronous generator with higher current load”.

The aim of the project is, based on the newly acquired knowledge, to develop a slip rings of an asynchronous generator with a current load of up to 3,600 A, while maintaining the existing stop dimensions in relation to the increasing power requirements of wind power generators.

ACQUISITION OF NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR CEBES a.s.

CEBES a.s. has started the physical implementation of the project CZ.01.2.06/0.0/0.0/15_038/0006206 “Acquisition of new technology for CEBES, a.s.”.

The present project is aimed at the acquisition of new equipment to improve the production process and increase the resulting quality of its products. This is a laser cutting centre that will enable the company to cut and finish metal components for the applicant's products.

The operation is supported by EU funding.

INNOVATION OF THE CEBES a.s. COLLECTING MACHINE

CEBES a.s. has started the physical implementation of the project CZ.01.1.02/0.0/0.0/16_049/0008749 “Innovation of the collecting machine of Cebes a.s.”.

The subject of the project is the start of production of two new innovative products developed by the company within its internal R&D activities. These are a picking ring and a brush unit, which together form a picking unit. The function of the pick-up is to feed the current from the stationary part to the rotating part of the machine. The two innovative products are compatible with each other and together form a functional unit.

DEVELOPMENT OF EXPORT OPPORTUNITIES OF CEBES a.s.

CEBES a.s. has started the physical implementation of the project CZ.01.2.111/0.0/0.0/16_047/0007520 “Development of export opportunities of Cebes a.s.”.

The aim of the project is to strengthen the growth motivation, its ability and marketing readiness to find new markets outside the Czech Republic (both territorially and product-wise), to enter them and to stay on them

INSTALLATION OF FVE IN THE CEBES A.S. COMPANY AREA

CEBES a.s. has started the physical implementation of the project CZ.31.3.0/0.0/0.0/22_001/0001238 “Installation of FVE in the premises of Cebes a.s.”.

The subject of the project is the implementation of a photovoltaic power plant with an output of 461.7 kWp, which will be placed on the roof of the production hall. The installation of the PV plant will result in significant annual electricity savings for the applicant. Among other things, it will reduce pollutant emissions and operating costs.

The operation is supported by EU funding.

The implementation of the subsidy project in terms of fulfilling all the requirements of the provider of the subsidy (the Ministry of Industry and Trade) is provided by a company providing consulting and administration of the subsidy title for PV power plants, GRANTEX dotace s.r.o.

Automation of the production process in CEBES a.s. - Automotive Division

CEBES a.s. has started the physical implementation of the project CZ.01.2.06/0.0/0.0/20_322/0024171 “Automation of the production process in CEBES a.s. - Automotive Division”.

The aim of the project is to carry out an important phase of the digital transformation of the applicant - by acquiring new modern technologies and their connection to the newly acquired MES system, to put into operation the elements of Industry 4.0 (automation) in the newly built division of the company, and thus support the growth and strengthen the competitiveness of the applicant.

The purchase of the electric vehicle including the charging station at CEBES A.S.

is supported by EU funding.

The aim of the project is to acquire an electric vehicle including a charging station. The investment expenditure will bring the applicant a reduction in fuel costs. Amongst other things, pollutant emissions will be reduced as well as operating costs.
