Whistleblowing

CEBES a.s. (hereinafter also referred to as “the company” or “the company”), emphasizes compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards. To this end, the Company has established a Code of Ethics (the “Code”) and other internal regulations. The Code of Conduct includes whistleblower protection or whistleblowing. Whistleblower protection is also based on the requirements of the European “EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report infringements of Union law”, Whistleblower Protection Act No. 171/2023 Coll. (the “ZoOO”).

The Company provides its employees with a whistleblower system through which they can report violations of the law, the Code or the Company's internal rules in connection with their work or other similar activities for the Company.

The Company excludes the acceptance of notifications from a person who does not perform work or other similar activities for the Company.

Methods of external notification

Using the form located on the cebes.eu website under the section Whistleblower Protection. Electronically to the email: prislusnaosoba(at)cebes.eu Voice notification and personal meeting are also possible, for these matters the whistleblower should contact the email address: prislusnaosoba(at)cebes.eu. It is also possible to submit a notification anonymously.
