Student Visit from Gymnázium Valašské Klobouky to Our Company CEBES
On Monday, June 23, we welcomed a group of students from Gymnázium Valašské Klobouky to CEBES a.s. for a professional excursion, giving them a behind-the-scenes look at a modern manufacturing company.
The goal of the visit was to give young people insight into real-world operations and to show them the technical professions and production processes involved in creating a finished product.
Together, we toured both of our divisions – Industrial and Automotive – where we presented the full production process: from design and technical preparation, through machining and processing, to final inspection and shipping.
We introduced not only the roles directly involved in the production of electromechanical components such as commutators, slip rings, and brush holders, but also the supporting activities that keep the entire company running – from logistics to quality control and technical support.
The excursion was not only an opportunity to showcase our modern technologies and working environment, but also a way to inspire students as they consider their future studies or career paths. We believe the visit was beneficial for many and may have even sparked an interest in technical fields and industrial manufacturing.
