We manufacture a wide range of brush holders that ensure a stable and efficient transfer of electric current between the brush and the commutator or slip ring. Our holders are designed to meet the demanding technical requirements of various types of rotating electrical machines.

Design:

We offer brush holders in different variants depending on the type of spring system:

• with tension spring

• with coil spring

• with coil spring

In addition to standard designs, we also offer brush holders mounted on duroplast support rings, which are highly resistant to mechanical and thermal stress and have a long service life.

Technical parameters:

• Pressure: 15-45 kPa 
  The optimally designed pressure ensures safe contact and even wear of the brushes, thus extending the life of the entire system.

The brush holders are used in:

• Electric machines with commutators

• electrical machines with collector rings

• traction motors (e.g. in rolling stock) where higher mechanical and thermal resistance is required

• applications with increased demands on corrosion resistance, for example in humid or aggressive environments

Service and repair:

We also provide repair services for brush holders. Repaired holders restore original functionality and extend the life of the equipment, while providing a cost-effective solution for electrical machine operators.
